Putain... Y'a pas à dire, à leurs débuts, Soulgrind, c'était vraiment un truc à part. Sur ce deuxième album, qui détient chez moi la palme du titre le plus long : "Lust and death in Tuonela A.D. 1999 : Black industrial holocaust through the pandemonium of the bizarre" et qui est plus "connu" par ses initiales "LADIT A.D. 1999 : BIBTTPOTB" (!), c'est une variation du premier album en quelque sorte. De l'indus death metal très complexe avec beaucoup d'éléments perturbateurs. En fait, c'est totalement sans queue ni tête. On a toujours ce style si froid et inquiétant, mais force est de constater que le sieur Lord Jussi Heikkinen a encore une fois très mal exploité son affaire. L'album manque énormément de rythme et malgré une atmosphère assez unique, je trouve ce CD complètement imbuvable dû à sa complexité, ses longueurs et son manque de cohérence générale. Le chant death est aussi vraiment mauvais, sans profondeur et puissant. Soulgrind sera selon moi bien plus intéressant et efficace sur le prochain album, bien différent, "Whitsongs". Là, ce deuxième album est à l'image du premier, anecdotique et loupé !

Certainement l'album dont le nom est le plus long du site ! On n'arrive même pas à le renseigner en entier !
